More importantly, it is against the NCAA rules for Marketing or Recruiting Services to accept a fee in return once an athlete receives an Athletic Scholarship. (JumpForward is not a Marketing or Recruiting Service) |

| | An Athlete must proactive and call and e-mail college coaches. There are 7.5 million High School Athletes. An athlete must call or e-mail college coaches in order to separate himself or herself from other athletes. |

| What’s the difference between JumpForward and an Agent/Marketing Service? |
| | JumpForward empowers athletes and parents to be their own agent. In addition, the NCAA prohibits athletes to have agents/consultants representing them during the athletic recruiting process (NCAA bylaws 12.3.1 and 12.3.3). As a result, JumpForward provides all the features that paid services provide but with greater value and without jeopardizing the athlete’s eligibility. As a mom from a Wall Street Article said, "You really can do this stuff yourself," Ms. Eckburg says. "To pay someone $2,000 just seems crazy." |

| Is using an Agent/Marketing service that bad? |
| | Well, think about it from a college coaches perspective. You have an agent/marketing servicing spamming college coaches with your info. The college coach wants to know that you are actually interested in his or her program. They want to hear from the athlete and not an agent/marketing service. By using an Agent/Marketing Service, it does not make for a good first impression. Think about it this way. Would you pay someone to show up to your game and play for you? No, you wouldn’t. College coaches want to see that you are making an effort on and off the field. |
